Arshad Ramjaun is bilingual and communicates fluently in both English and French. He lives in Toronto, Ontario and has been working mostly in the west side of the city which is around Mississauga, Brampton, Milton and Oakville. His educational background includes a University Degree in Sales and Marketing. In addition to his academic qualifications, Arshad has extensive experience in marketing, sales, public relations and high level customer service. He also loves helping people in the community in any ways he can. Throughout these endeavours, Arshad has created and lives by his personal philosophy:

Arshad has gained over 15 years of experience in the profession of real estate. He has been involved in this business since his young age as his family has always been in the real estate business. Arshad started his real estate career with Kingsway Real Estate, then joined Ipro Realty from where he was recruited by RE/MAX which is the largest real estate company in the world and the number one in the GTA with the most competent agents. Anyone who knows Arshad, knows that he is very hard working, passionate about real estate and even more passionate about the success of his clients!

Arshad is very career oriented and keep improving his knowledge in order to better serve his clients. He recently got his CNE® designation (Certified Negotiation Expert), his RENE (Real Estate Negotiation EXPERT) certification and the SRS designation (Seller Representative Specialist) from the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTOR®

Arshad is very health conscious, goes to the gym regularly to keep fit and he enjoys playing soccer and squash. He also loves to enjoy some good music anytime he gets a chance and during his spare time he enjoys spending time with his two kids, his beautiful wife and family...
